Whether you’re a Life Member, Alumni, or Undergraduate, we have tailored registration options to meet your needs. For each active chapter, a minimum of 2 delegates (primary and alternate) must register.
This registration type includes access to all alumni events, the Welcome Reception, Public Meeting Reception, Life Member Reception/Event, Regional Luncheon, Awards Gala and Reception, as well as a Life Member Gift and the Conclave Gift.

This registration type applies to alumni members only. If selected, the registrant will receive the Alumni package only.
All 23rd International Grand Council Members, Board of Directors Members, and former Grand Polari are entitled to register under this category. Please note, if you do not belong to one of the aforementioned categories, your registration will be voided, and any fees paid will not be refunded. All registrants in this category will be verified after registration is submitted.

For just $200, the Social Package provides:
✔️ Access to all official Conclave social events held outside the host hotel
This package is designed for guests, spouses, or brothers who wish to enjoy the social atmosphere and connect with the brotherhood during this historic gathering. Join us in Indianapolis and be part of the celebration!
This package grants you access to the 3-day Conclave business meeting as a non-delegate participant. Engage in the Fraternity’s national business sessions and connect with Brothers from across the nation. It also includes admission to your designated Regional Luncheon, offering a chance to fellowship and celebrate regional accomplishments.
A La Carte
This registration type is designed for those unable to attend the entire Conclave. It offers a cost-effective option to purchase tickets for specific events or to add events of interest that may not be included in your registration package.
Fraternal Leadership ($300)
All 23rd International Grand Council Members, Board of Directors Members, and former Grand Polari are entitled to register under this category. Please note, if you do not belong to one of the aforementioned categories, your registration will be voided, and any fees paid will not be refunded. All registrants in this category will be verified after registration is submitted.
Non-Financial Members
This registration type applies to alumni members only. If selected, the registrant will receive the Alumni package only.
Chapter-paid delegate registrations may be transferred to another eligible chapter member no later than June 8, 2025.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
You can remit any amount toward your balance until the end of the respective registration period. Failure to complete the full payment will void your registration. No refunds will be issued.
