  • Registration: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
    Location: Indianapolis Marriott Downtown
    Begin your Conclave experience by checking in and receiving your materials.

  • Golf Outing: 7:00 AM  – 7:30AM (shotgun start)
    Location: Eagle Creek Golf Course
    Tee off and network with fellow brothers and guests during this relaxing morning outing. Pre-registration required.

  • Service Project: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
    Join us as we give back to the Indianapolis community through a meaningful service project. Details will be provided upon registration.

  • New Member Orientation: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
    Welcome and prepare newly initiated members for the Conclave experience.

  • Delegate Orientation: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
    Mandatory for all voting delegates. Learn the procedures for the Business Meetings and discussions.

  • Welcome Reception: 7:30 PM – 10:30 PM
    Kick off the Conclave with a lively reception featuring food, drinks, and music. Connect with brothers from across the nation.

  • Vendors Hall: 9:00AM – 5:00PM

  • Registration: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Iota’s Networking Together: A Corporate Conversation with Amazon & Macy’s : 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Vendors Hall: 9:00AM – 10:00PM
